Refund Policy for Adventurous Little Minds

At Adventurous Little Minds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your downloadable content. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds.

Here are exceptions:

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue with downloading your purchased content and we are unable to resolve it, we will issue a full refund.
  • Accidental Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchase downloadable content 2 or more times that you did not intend to buy, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will be happy to issue a full refund.

What is not refundable?

  • Downloaded content that has already been downloaded. Due to the digital nature of our products, once you have downloaded the content, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Change of mind: If you decide you no longer want the downloadable content after you have purchased it, we cannot offer a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us at contact@adventurouslittleminds.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Refunding the amount decision solely depends on Adventurous Little Minds Team.

Processing Time

We will process your refund request within 2-3 business days of receiving your email. If your refund is approved, you will receive the refunded amount back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
